I Love you Emily Haines

And Metric's new album is great... enjoy the new video!

What to listen to this week

I know it's still early week but are you looking for that sunday afternoon chilling in your apartment with the windows open feeling the breeze running through your hair and your t-shirt album? Well look no further than the new Attack in Black album titled "Years". Listened to it and the rest of their repertoire on shuffle and nothing but safe sounds that are perfect for sunday afternoon chilling in your apartment with the windows open feeling the breeze running through your hair and your t-shirt days...

Enjoy!

Model kit Part 2

After spilling more than half of my modelling glue on my new table, turning it into a burnt victim, I got the breaks done. Got a little stressful at a certain point. Mind you that at a certain point you need to know when to stop... I did once I ruined the decals that go on one of the tires. I noticed that I cursed alphabetically.... funny huh?

My Week-End in Photos

Sunday afternoon was pretty chill in the city, Lady and I decided to head over to the Atwater Market to get some proper produce... I brought the camera around with a nicely fitted lens and got carried away on the flowers and fruits...

Friday night was a really nice evening... Night photography isn't my forte but I did get a tripod for Christmas last year and it was nice outside so I had a go at a few shots... enjoy!

& comment!!

Prrrrrrrr.

Model kit Part 1

Here is is... my new Tamiya model... my first in like 4 years so I'm pretty excited. It's a Calsonic Impul Z JGTC champion of 2004. This is part 1 of my model. Hopefully I can get it to look as good as on the box.

Wish me luck...

What to listen to this week

Wow, just wow. This week's choice and number one on my iPod is from a band called Beirut. Besides the name, this band is from Virginia but listening to them you would think that they sound more like a street band busking the streets of Montmartre. A cross between folk, East European and Arcade Fire, this band is a nice and clean delight to your ears. Check them out, they'll be in town on July 11th for the Jazzfest.

Just a reminder

WTF with the weather today?! Sunday sucked so I decided to post some pics of my walk in Parc LaFontaine close to my place last Sunday, to give you a idea or to remind you all of the possible good time weather we will soon have.

Prrrrr people!!

Norm Jean Special!

Hey

Nothing new to add except for some pre-blog pics. I came across theses pics today, it's a set that I took for Norma Jean back in 2007 in Paris, France. Little venue, good crowd, great set, expect only the best from the boys from the south.

More to come, enjoy for now.

My New iPhone

Nah it's not really new but I got a sweet new skin for it, I have a 16G iPhone in white and really like the fact that it's white because most people got it in black, so when people see my white iPhone, most are suprised. 'Till I went and got this "skin" for it, I've always loved this print, maybe not the most original print but I wanted something to stay in spirit with my white iPhone and not go nuts with crazy colors and such. Check out GELASKINS if you want to see more "skins". They range from laptops to PSP's to iPods to yellow Sony Sport walkman's... kidding, but that would be awesome if one person was reading that part and was like "Sony Sport walkman?! NO WAY!!

Check it out some prints are really cool and it will make your "gadget" unique....

...New York ;-)

What to listen to this week

Probably the first to write about it, had it on my Mac like at 12:05, just 5 minutes shy into the launch of the new Chariot album, I'm not gonna get into a long drag of a review because I'm not like that, I wasen't aware that their was going to be a new album till I came across it tonight. All that I'll say is that it is hard and heavy, reminds me of the first album... serious if you like bands like Norma Jean and Botch then give this one a listen. If you're in Montreal this thursday then come and check them out at Club Soda, they'll be opening for french metalcore band Gojira.

Prrrrrr.

More to come, busy weeks ahead!
