The "tour de l'ile" of Montreal is coming soon and I would love to be sitting on this sweet ride, it's called the SEEK 2 from Giant and it's a beaut'! all I got to say is that it's lightweight, disc brakes and the possibility to have it as a city bike for 3 seasons then turn it into a mountain mutant for the 4th season. Strong and good quality, well worth the money and would be a good investment. Seeing that as of recently, whenever I look down, I can't see my feet... getting a little round :-S

Underworld Friday Rock Show

So like seriously?! Last friday me and the boys headed out for some Hardcore fun to check out I Set My Friends on Fire, Fear Before and Drop Dead Gorgeous . It was a good night, I just remembered that the show was headlined by Alesana but we jetted before they hit the stage, cuz that's how we roll. Show up late, leave early. Anyway check out these bands if you like the screaming music and comment the pics if you find the time.

Les Cougarettes

I reckon in the last year of Electronic music, along the way Justice had a one night stand with Crystal Castles and out of it was a love child, a love child called Les Cougarettes. Fronted by a Energetic singer, this electro rock outfit from Montreal will rock your socks (oops, almost typed cocks... it will also rock that). Checked them out this pass saturday, my good old friend Jerome is the guitarist/sampler in the group. I showed up with my camera in hopes to continue taking pics of everything and everywhere I go. These are the results.

Note, my Lens is off it's rocker and gone full retarted!

All I gotta say is if you have a iPhone or iTouch, get this game! this is all about good times!! It's called "Tap Tap Revenge 2" and if you've never heard of it, it's very similar to "Guitar Hero", you tap the coloured balls ounce they reach the bottom of your screen to get points. Now the game is played with over 150 tracks to "tap" to, this will only kill your batteries faster, annoy your friends, make you miss your metro stop but make you discover loads of bands all for free from the Apple App store.

Went to Quebec last weekend and to be honest, I've been living in the province of Quebec but I've never actually been to Quebec city. I was really surprised when I got there because I was expecting for it to be pro french and pro Quebecois... it actually felt really Canadian. Anyways I took some pics, here they are, it was windy but really sunny that day so the Lady and I enjoyed our stroll in La Capitale.

Ok Ok Ok

So were down by three games, most people reckon it's over, even part of myself thinks that by this time next week most of us will see the Habs on golf courses the world over. I say the hell with it! I want the Habs to prove all of us wrong, we can still win this, it's the team that wins 4 games that moves on so as it stands, neither Boston nor Montreal have won 4. Mr. Gainey, give Halak his chance tonight, be patient and you will see. This team can win, they just have to believe that impossible is nothing!

For some of you, all of this might not make much sense but the Montreal Canadians are much more than a hockey team here, it's part of our culture, it's Montreal's voice and it's pride, good or bad, if you love the team then you are a real fan!

Ansel Adams

Ansel Adams is a well known landscape photographer, actually he was more of like the pioneer. I recently picked up one of his book at the library and I really found it inspiring, he really captures amazing effects and finds the true beauty of the landscape. A true photographer, look him up, you'll really see some nice images.
